With our technology price of ozone device
and energy consumption for ozone production is very low. Therefore product is highly cost-effective and
competitive.
We are able to get unlimited volume of
ozone (for example: 1-5, 5-10, 50-100 gr. or kg. per hour range on different
devices). Devices are equipped with a high-quality complete set of generator
and high ozone resistance element. Ozone is produced through corona discharge
using original pulse shape and know-how
for material of one electrode. Electricity consumption for 1 gr/h ozone is 5
w/h. Cost of our equipment with equivalent power consumption compared to
well-known producers, is at least two and sometimes four times less.
Today we have ability to produce portable
and different volume devices to use for different purposes (air, water) that
founded application in Georgia in loaded track industry. (To disinfect water, manufacture
of food and long-term storage, cooling towers, in medicine
(sterilization, treatment (zone therapy))). Could
be used to disinfect clothing, for chemical
processing of carbonate ores of manganese (increase productivity by 20-25%,
while loss of manganese is reduced to 15-20%, characterized by high quality
(98.8%) of Mn and high profitability, which is required for special steel
melting).
Today we have created a superior
hybrid (air and water) version of an ozone generator which consumes 3 w/h to
produce 1 g/h ozone (know-how + solar) and cost of the equipment is equivalent
to $200-70 for 1 g/h ozone production.
To
create a demonstration model in Georgia (100 gm/h = 2.4 kg/day ozone production device) we need $10,000 (70% to the equipment, 30% for the
technical documentation and miscellaneous). In fact
higher ozone production volume makes lower cost of equivalent equipment.
Today prices of equipment in the world for existing
technologies for ozone production or disinfection of facilities are four times
(300%) higher than our equipment. Also 3-4 times higher is energy consumption
and they are not rugged, durable, than our devices. Our technology and
devices are unique for industrial application. Such technology efficiency would be 5-7 times more effective after new hybrid
demonstration version. Such devices and instruments are not available for other users, related
software security and data is not available for other users, our technology
mainly uses the know-how of materials, the product is highly cost effective,
durable and competitive.
